Regular orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Sale orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process, plus extra time for shipping.
We currently ship USPS to the contiguous USA. We offer flat rate ($5) shipping in the US for orders up to $29.99,
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the hand-crafted, small-batch, personal hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us here and we will do our best to help with any issues. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ORDER ISSUES
As hard as we try, occasionally the wrong size, scent, or product may find its way into your package. Really kind, hard working humans pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! Please
