Orders & Shipping

Regular orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Sale orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process, plus extra time for shipping. 

We currently ship USPS to the contiguous USA. We offer flat rate ($5) shipping in the US for orders up to $29.99, flat rate ($8) shipping in the US for orders from $30 to $69.99, and free US standard shipping on orders over $70. Nine Pines Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of soaps or opened or used products. Unopened products can be returned within 21 days of the original Order date. Please contact us here for Return instructions. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER ISSUES 
As hard as we try, occasionally the wrong size, scent, or product may find its way into your package. Really kind, only human people pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! Please contact us here with your Order Number within 7 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to info@ninepinesapothecary.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.

If you have questions about how to get the best results with your products, or if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us here. We are here to help, and can assist with returns or refunds when necessary, as long as you contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. 

All trial sizes and all Craft/Seasonal Series products are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Thanks for understanding!
