RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Personal Care and beauty products cannot be returned. If you have a question about your product or order, please email us at contact@ninepinesapothecary.com with your order number.

Our bath and body products are handmade and 100% natural, so they will have slight variations from batch to batch. Some naturally-occurring variances may occur and are purely cosmetic This will have no adverse effect on the performance of the product.

Some products are available in small or trial sizes. Please give them a try before investing in a larger size.

If an item arrives damaged in shipping, we will happily process a replacement provided that it is reported within 72 hours of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged in shipping, we will happily process a replacement provided that it is reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to contact@ninepinesapothecary.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.

Order Mistakes 
As hard as we try, occasionally the wrong size, scent, or product may find its way into your package. Real people pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! Please reach out to us at contact@ninepinesapothecary.com with your Order Number within 7 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
